Matt (Mateusz) Faltyn is a Director of Trilemma Foundation. Previously, he served as the Head of Blockchain Research at Aquanow and conducted technical due diligence at AQN Digital. Matt holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and an Honours Bachelor’s in Arts & Science and Mathematics from McMaster University. He was a Bioinformatics PhD student at UBC, focusing on forecasting brain tumor progression with machine learning, and earned prestigious awards including the 2024 Vanier Scholarship. With over $350k in awards and 3,000 citations, Matt ranked among the top 1% of PhD students in Canada.

Mohammad Ashkani is a Director of Trilemma Foundation. He leverages over seven years of expertise in machine learning and blockchain to drive innovative investment strategies. His ML-driven solutions have delivered over $13 million in savings for institutional clients. An alumnus of the University of British Columbia, Mohammad holds a degree in Economics and Mathematics. Previously, he served as a Blockchain Researcher at Aquanow, and later as a Corporate Strategy Analyst to reshape the company strategically.
